7-Day Risk-Free Return & Delivery Policy

7-Day Risk-Free Returns  
You have 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange if you’re not completely satisfied.

To qualify:
- The watch must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging  
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

What You Get  
Once approved, you can choose:
- A replacement (exchange), or  
- A store credit for future purchases  

(Refunds can be offered in special cases at our discretion.)

Important Notes  
- Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted  
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered  

Delivery Fee  
- A flat delivery fee of GHS50 applies to all orders nationwide  
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, except if:
  - You received the wrong item  
  - The product arrived damaged or defective
